  • 摘要
    针对薄煤层工作面开采长期面临的装备配套性能低、智能化程度低、经济效益低、劳动强度高的“三低一高”问题,构建了工作面生产时地面工艺调度决策,井下设备依据决策自动执行的“地面规划采煤、装备自动执行、面内无人作业”的智能无人开采新模式。建立了以地面控制中心为核心,以井上下万兆网络通讯平台、采煤机规划截割、液压支架主从调度、机载音视频装置、巡检机器人、电缆拖拽、三岗合一为辅的成套化薄煤层智能化开采关键技术。通过工业实践表明,该模式可实现生产时将工作面内作业人员由原来3人减为无人,达到无人则安;生产效率由原来的每天12刀提升到14刀,最高达到16刀,平均提升17%以上。
  • Abstract
    In response to the long-term problems of low equipment matching performance, low intelligence level, low economic benefits, and high labor intensity faced by the mining of thin coal seam working faces, a new intelligent unmanned mining mode of “ground planning coal mining, automatic equipment execution, and unmanned operation in the face” was been constructed during the production of working faces, with ground process scheduling decision - making and automatic execution of underground equipment based on decision-making. We established a complete set of key technologies for intelligent mining of thin coal seams, with the ground control center as the core and supplemented by a Gigabit network communication platform above and below the mine, coal mining machine planning and cutting, hydraulic support master-slave scheduling, mounted audio and video devices, inspection robots, cable dragging, and the integration of three positions. According to the industrial practice, this mode can reduce the number of workers in the working face from to unmanned during production, and ensure safety if no one is present; and increase production efficiency from to per day, reaching a maximum of 16, with an average increase of over 17%.
