摘要
靖煤公司王家山煤矿大倾角特厚煤层水平-圆弧过渡综放工作面,针对在生产管理中存在两道超前支护范围巷道变形快、工作面设备上窜下滑、增补液压支架困难、设备影响频繁等问题,采用工程实践方法,超前进行工作面顶底煤探测并绘制工作面旬测剖面图,及时验收调整工作面工程质量问题,控制液压支架及前后溜上窜下滑及断链预防,实施防飞矸措施,上下端头及隅角管理等一系列管控措施,有效管控了大倾角综放工作面生产过程中各种突出问题,实现了王家山煤矿大倾角综放面的安全高效回采。

Abstract
In Wangjiashan Coal Mine of Jingmei Company, the large inclination angle extra thick coal seam horizontal-circular arc transition fully mechanized caving face is aimed at addressing the problems in production management, such as fast deformation of the roadway within the two advanced support ranges, upward and downward movement of the working face equipment, difficulty in adding hydraulic supports, and frequent equipment impact, etc, an engineering practice method is adopted. Detection of top and bottom coal in the working face and drawing of a ten day survey profile map of the working face are conducted in advance, timely checking and acceptance and adjustment of engineering quality issues in the working face, control of hydraulic support and prevention of forward and backward sliding up and down and chain breakage, implementation of anti flying gangue measures, management of upper and lower ends and corners, and a series of control and management measures effectively control various prominent problems in the production process of the large inclination angle fully mechanized caving face, and achieve safe and efficient stoping of the large inclination angle fully mechanized caving face in Wangjiashan Coal Mine.
