不规则综采膏体充填工作面延面及合茬实践

    针对柴里煤矿存在压覆资源较多且不规则的问题,3306-1充填工作面设计为不规则综采膏体充填工作面,采用走向长壁后退式综合机械化采煤工艺进行开采,利用矸石膏体进行采空区的控顶,通过实施不规则综采膏体充填工作面两次延面及合茬,实现采充效率最大化。开采初期,工作面原有充填液压支架74架,推采至3306-1里切眼处与已安装的24架充填液压支架合茬,推采至3306-1外切眼处与已安装的17架充填液压支架合茬,工作面随推移进度,最终至115架。该施工工艺的实践有效提升充填开采施工效率,提高单循环产量,增加充填工作面可采储量,减少充填工作面的撤除工作与安装工作,降低人工及材料的投入,提高推采速度,从而达到最大限度地回收煤炭资源的目的。
  • Abstract
    Aiming at the problem of abundant and irregular overburden resources in Chaili Coal Mine, the 3306-1 filling working face is designed as an irregular fully mechanized mining paste filling working face. Towards longwall regressive-style fully mechanized coal mining technique is adopted to conduct mining, and the gangue paste is used to control the roof of the goaf. By implementing two surface extensions and joint stubble of the irregular fully mechanized mining paste filling working face, the mining and filling efficiency is achieved to be maximize. In the initial stage of mining, there are originally 74 filling hydraulic brackets in the working face, pushing mining to the 3306-1 inner cutting hole position and joining with 24 filling hydraulic brackets which are already installed, pushing mining to the 3306-1 outer cutting hole position and joining with 17 filling hydraulic brackets which are already installed. With the progress of pushing and moving, the brackets in the working face eventually reach 115. The practice of this construction technique effectively improves the construction efficiency of filling and mining, increases single cycle production, increases the recoverable reserves of filling working faces, reduces the removal and installation work of filling working faces, lowers the input of labor and materials, and improves the speed of pushing mining, thereby achieving the purpose of maximizing the recovery of coal resources.
