摘要
以SZ-200 t/h型振动混流干燥系统为研究对象,在不同热风温度、褐煤粒径及给煤量工况条件下进行了神华金峰矿褐煤干燥特性的试验研究,探讨了煤样粒径、给煤量、入口风温等因素对褐煤干燥特性的影响规律。结果表明:在干燥温度一定的工况下,褐煤粒径对干燥速率影响高于给煤量的影响,而且粒径越小,褐煤气化的比表面就越大,从而大大加速了干燥过程,粒径是影响换热的主要因素;提高干燥热风温度,减小褐煤粒径及给煤量,褐煤干燥效果越好、品质越高,即去水率越大,发热量越高,同时干燥速率也越大。

Abstract
The experimental study of drying characteristics of Jinfeng Shenhua lignite based on SZ-200 t / h vibration and mixed flow drying system was conducted under variable conditions of different hot air temperatures,particle diame- ters and feed-coal quantities. This paper investigates the influence rule of coal particle diameter,feed-coal quantity and inlet air temperature on lignite drying characteristics. The results show that when the drying temperature is constant, the influence of particle size on drying rate is higher than feed-coal quantity,and the smaller the particle size is,the greater the lignite gasification surfaces will be,which greatly accelerates the drying process. The particle size is the main factor influencing heat transfer. When the temperature of drying air increases,and the particle size and amount of feed-coal decrease,the drying effect is better and the quality is higher,that means water effluent rate,calorific value and drying rate are higher.
