超前液压支架与围岩耦合支护系统及其适应性研究

    为解决工作面采动应力影响范围内动压巷道的支护难题,采用数值模拟和现场监测相结合的研究手段,分析采动应力影响范围和分布规律,得出了东滩煤矿深部综放工作面沿空巷道超前支承压力影响范围宽为45~68 m;榆神矿区坚硬完整围岩大断面巷道超前影响距离为20~30 m,相对剧烈影响段在20 m内。提出"低初撑、高工阻"非等强耦合支护理念和超前支护设计原理,并采取凹凸型顶梁结构、增大移架步距、带压擦顶移架、交替迈步自移、增设调架机构等措施,使超前加强支护系统与锚网索支护系统相匹配,实现超前支护系统与围岩强度耦合、结构耦合以及稳定性耦合,增强系统适应性,达到协同支护的目的。同时,研制出适应不同开采技术条件、不同开采方式的一系列超前液压支架,并在多个矿区推广应用,取得了良好使用效果。
  • Abstract
    In order to solve the support problems of the dynamic gateway within the mining stress influence scope of the coal mining face,the numerical simulation and the sie montoring and measuring combied study means were appied to analyze the mining stress infuence scope and distrbuton law.The infuence scope of theadvance support pressure measued in the gatevay retained along the goaf of the tuly mechanized top ceal caving minin face in the deep section of Dongta Mine, was 45 ~ 68 m. The advance infuence distance of the large cross secion roadwva withthe hard completed surounding ock in 'usen Mining Area wa 203~ 30 m and the relative serious infuence se ction were within 20 m.A low intal suppor and high working resistance,non equal strength couping support idea and advance suppor design principle and method were provided.W ith the concav-convex beam stucture,the increased step distance of the powered support moved forward,the powered support moved fonward with the pressurized and frictional canopy.altenative walking moved forward.added powered supors adjusting nechansmn and other measuresthaadvance enhanced suppor system and thebofi-seel mesh-anchor suppor system coud be ifited,thus coud relize the strength coupling with the surounding rock,thestructure coupling and the stability coupling,.the system sutaolity could be enhanced and the coordinative suppor target could be reached.A seriesof the advance hydraulic powered support was researched and developed to suit d ferent mining techncal co dtin and different mining nethod and were promoted and aplied to several mining areas with excellent application results.
