    为解决综放工作面采空区遗煤自燃的问题,在分析煤中活性基团反应过程的基础上,提出了基于羟基型阻化剂的高效阻化泡沫防灭火技术,并对其阻化性能进行了效果考察:阻化剂将煤样交叉点温度延迟了37.6℃;煤中活性基团(甲基、亚甲基)的氧化得到遏制。构建了高效阻化泡沫防灭火系统,并在大佛寺煤矿40106综放工作面得到了应用,成功扑灭采空区隐蔽火源,24 h内将CO体积分数控制在24×10-6以下,火区熄灭后没有出现复燃迹象。
  • Abstract
    In order to solve the problem of residual coal spontaneous combustion in the goaf of fully- machanized top coal caving mining face ,based on the analysis on the reaction process of the active group in coal,a fire prevention technology with high efficient retarding foam was provided based on the hydroxyI mode inhibitor and the ef fect investigation was conducted on the retarding performances. The inhibitor made the cross temperature of the coal samples delayed to 37.6 °C. The oxidation of the coa . | active group( methyl,methylene) could be restricted. A high efficient retarding foam fire prevention and extinguishing system was established and was applied to No. 4010 6 fully- mechanized top coal caving mining face in Dafosi Mine. The hidden fire sources in the goaf of the coal mining face was successfully extinguished. Within 24 hours, CO was controlled below 24 x 10- 6and there was no re- combustion phenomenon after the fire in the goaf extinguished.
