    针对目前露天矿大型运输车辆司机驾驶盲区大,车辆间没有测距和防碰撞预警功能,运输容易发生安全事故等问题,在GPS精确定位的基础上,利用RF短距离自组网通信、视频语音处理、GPRS无线通信等技术,组建矿山车辆智能感知网络,可监测车辆周围所有车辆位置的同时,又能查看车辆周围局部状况,实现多位一体的车辆间防碰撞预警和指挥中心对露天矿车辆的集中调度管理。在内蒙古扎尼河露天矿实践应用表明,在露天矿弯道多、夜间灯光较弱、尘土较大的危险环境下,大型运输车辆应用此技术能实时显示并预警车辆周围情况,可上传车辆信息数据供调度管理中心指挥管理,提高了运输的安全性和可靠性。
  • Abstract
    According to the problems of large driving blind zone of large truck driver,no distance measuring and anti collision early warning function between the truck s,based on GPS accurate positioning,RF short distance ad hoc network communication,video 1 audio processing,GPRS wireless communication and other technologies wer e applied to establish mine vehicle intelligent and perception network,which could monitor and measure all vehicles around the truck and also could look over the local con ditions around the truck. A multi location integration collision prevention early warning between the vehicles and command center could be realized to the central dispatchin g and management of vehicles in the surface mine. The practice application in Inner Mongolia Zhani River Surface Mine showed that under many bends,weak lamplights at the night and high soil dust danger environment in the surface mine, the large transportation vehicle with the technology could timely display and early warn under the surro unding conditions of vehicle ,could transmit the vehicle information data to the dispatching and management center for the commanding and management and could improv e the safety and reliability of transportation.
