  • 摘要
    为解决柳海矿第三系软岩巷道大变形、底鼓严重和难支护等难题,综合运用现场工程地质调查、物化分析、理论分析、数值模拟和工程经验分析等方法,对巷道的变形破坏机理和支护对策进行了深入研究。研究结果表明,该区域第三系复合型软岩的变形力学机制为分子吸水、裂隙膨胀型+构造应力、重力、工程偏应力扩容型+随机节理型,即:ⅠACⅡABDⅢE型。针对该类型的复合型变形力学机制,提出采用"锚网索+底脚锚杆+柔层桁架"支护措施,将其复合型变形力学机制转化为单一型变形力学机制,并采用数值模拟方法探究了该方案的原理与可行性;工程应用表明,上述支护措施解决了柳海矿软岩巷道大变形工程难题,对类似地质条件的工程具有借鉴意义和推广价值。
  • Abstract
    In order to solve large deformation,serious floor heave,ifficult support and other problems of Tertiary soft rock roadway in Liuhai Mine,with comprehensive application of site engineering geological survey,physicochemical analysis,method analysis numerical simulation,engineering experience analysis and other method,a deep study was conducted on deformation failure mechanism and support measures of mine roadway. The study results showed that deformation mechanics mechanism of Tertia ry complex type soft rock in the region was molecular water absorbent,crack swelling type + structure stress,gravity,engineering deviatoric stress dilatancy type + random j oint type,such as Type I ACI ABDIE. According to the type of complex deformation mechanics mechanism,application of " bolt 1 steel mesh /anchor + floor bolt + flexible layer truss" support measure was provided. The complex type deformation mechanics mechanism was converted to single type deformation mechanics mechanism and the numerical simulation method was applied to study on the plan principle and feasibility. The engineering application showed that the above support measures solved large d eformation engineering problem of soft rock roadway in Liuhai Mine and would have certain references and promotion value to engineering project with similar geological C ondition.
