摘要
为改善空气重介质流化床分选机分选效果,采用反倾角振动方式替代原刮板输送方式排出重产物,研制了新型空气重介质流化床分选机并建立了半工业性试验系统,考察了风量、入料粒度、单元处理量、入料可选性对分选效果的影响。结果表明,新型空气重介质干法分选机可对粒度80~6 mm的入选煤进行有效分选,随着入料粒度的增大,分选效果变好,分选室最大单位处理量为7 t/(h·m2);在合适的风量以及振动参数下,对可选性为易选的不黏煤可能偏差Ep为0.05 g/cm3,对可选性属难选的褐煤可能偏差Ep为0.07 g/cm3,实现了对不同可选性煤炭的高精度分选。

In order to improve the separation effect of air-dense medium fluidized bed separator, a new-style air-dense medium fluidized bed separator was develop
