    为测定煤自然发火时的特征温度,采用程序升温试验系统,并在指标气体分析法的基础上,建立指标气体增长率分析法,选取CO和C2H4指标气体、φ(CO)/φ(CO2)和链烷比及其增长率进行分析,得出取自多矿不同变质程度煤样的煤的自燃特征温度:福城矿不黏煤的临界温度为70~80℃,干裂温度为110~120℃;水帘洞矿弱黏煤临界温度为70~80℃,干裂温度为115~125℃;玉华矿长焰煤临界温度为60~70℃,干裂温度为100~110℃;赵楼矿气肥煤临界温度为80~90℃,干裂温度为110~120℃。分析结果表明:基于指标气体增长率分析法得到的不同变质程度煤样的自燃特征温度同指标气体分析法得到的特征温度一致,且变质程度越高的煤样越不易被氧化。
  • Abstract
    In order to determine the characteristic temperature for coal spontaneous combustion, a programmed temperature experiment system was applied, and a n analysis method of index gas growth-rate was established on analysis method of index gas. The analysis was conducted on the CO and C2H4index gas, φ (CO)1φ (C 02),alkane ratio and the growth-rate. The characteristic temperatures of coal spontaneous combustion for the different metamorphic grade coal samples were obtaine d. The critical temperature of non-caking coal from Fucheng Mine was 70 ~ 80 °C and the dry cracking temperature was 110 ~ 120 °C. The critical temperature of weak C aking coal from Shuiliandong Mine was 70 ~ 80 °C and the dry cracking temperature was 115 ~ 125 °C. The critical temperature of long flame coal from Yuhua Mine was 60~ 70。C and the dry cracking temperature was 100 ~ 110 °C. The critical temperature of gas-fat coal from Zhaolou Mine was80 ~ 90。C and the dry cracking temperat ure was 110 ~ 120 °C. The analysis results showed that the spontaneous combustion characteristic temperature of the different metamorphic grade coal samples obtain ed with the analysis method of index gas growth-rate was the same of the characteristic temperature obtained with the analysis method of index gas. The coal samples with higher metamorphic grade would not be easily oxidized.
