摘要
以火山岩滤料为载体,制备了水合二氧化锰改性滤料用于去除矿井水的铁锰离子。在滤速为7.0 m/h,连续54 h的过滤周期内,改性火山岩对锰离子的去除率达94.8%~99.3%。结合X射线衍射(XRD),扫描电镜-能谱(SEM-EDS)等表征手段,确认火山岩改性后,表面覆盖的水合二氧化锰层具有丰富的表面羟基(以—Mn—OH表示),根据表面配合模式,其羟基中氢能与水中的Mn2+和Fe2+发生表面络合反应,最终Mn2+和Fe2+被表面羟基吸附并交换出氢,从而实现对铁锰离子的去除。
