摘要
为实现矿井水井下直接处理利用,开发出适合煤矿井下工作环境的压力式气水相互冲洗滤池。该滤池由多个密闭的滤格组成,采用压力式进出水,保证了滤后水进入后续构筑物所需要的进水压力;当某一滤格需要反冲洗时,先对该滤格进行气反冲洗,再进行水反冲洗,且该滤格的反冲洗水来自其他滤格的滤后水,无需专用的冲洗设施,不仅提高了冲洗效率,且降低了反冲洗水量。工程应用实践表明,该滤池具有结构简单、空间占用少、操作管理方便、运行稳定、出水水质好等特点,可在井下矿井水直接处理中推广应用。

e flushing efficiency could be improved and the water quantity of the reversed flushing could be reduced. The practice application showed that the filter would have the f
ollowing advantages, simple in internal and external structure, small space occupied, convenient operation management, a stable operation, good output water quality a
nd other features.The filter could be promoted and applied to the mine water treatment directly in underground mine.
