深井巷道底板预应力锚索快速加固技术研究

  • 摘要

    为解决深井巷道底鼓治理难度大的难题,通过分析制约底板加固技术发展的因素,提出了底板预应力锚索加固的方法和工艺;阐述了搅拌头、锚固剂和止浆塞对锚固效果的影响作用。试验结果表明:钢管树脂锚固剂固定式搅拌头和大直径快、慢速混合使用的锚固剂,锚固效果最好,满足了巷道底板预应力锚索初始支护的要求;采用锚索专用止浆塞实现了锚索自由段带压注浆,增强了底板围岩的强度,保证了底板锚索的锚固性能。预应力锚索加固不仅使巷道底板锚索及时主动承载,而且使底板围岩及锚索锚固性能得到强化,最大程度保持底板围岩的完整性,保证加固效果,降低了支护成本。

  • Abstract
    In order to solve a high difficult problem of the floor heave control in the mine roadway of the deep mine,the paper analyzed factors to restrict the develo pment of the floor reinforcement technology and provided the method and technique of the floor pre-stressed anchor reinforcement.The paper stated the mixing head,an choring agent and packer affected to the anchoring effect. The experiment results showed that the steel tube resin anchoring cartridge with fixed mixing head and the an choring agent with large diameter fast and slow mixing would have a best anchoring effect and could meet the initial support requirements of the pre-stressed anchor for the floor of the mine roadway.With the special packer,the free section of the anchor could be pressurized grouted to enhance the strength of the floor surrounding rock and to ensure the anchoring performances of the floor anchor.The reinforcement of the pre-stressed anchor would not only make the floor anchor timely and actively loa ding,but could make the floor surrounding rock and the anchoring performances enhanced.Thus the integration of the floor surrounding rock could be maximally kept to ensure the reinforcement effect and reduce the support cost.
