摘要
为系统研究障碍物对瓦斯爆炸压力的影响规律,利用水平管道式气体爆炸试验系统,在水平爆炸管中放置障碍物条件下对瓦斯爆炸压力进行试验研究。通过改变内置障碍物的形状、阻塞率及间距,研究这些参数的改变对瓦斯爆炸压力的影响。结果表明:条形障碍物作用下瓦斯的爆炸压力最大,其次为弓形,圆环型障碍物对瓦斯爆炸压力的影响最小;随着障碍物阻塞率的增大,瓦斯爆炸压力依次递增;瓦斯爆炸压力随障碍物间距的增大缓慢递增,与障碍物形状、阻塞率相比,障碍物间距对瓦斯爆炸压力的影响最小。不同障碍物下瓦斯爆炸压力均随着管道长径比的增加先减小后增大,在长径比为64处爆炸压力增长幅度最大。
