摘要
根据两柱掩护式放顶煤液压支架的使用情况,分析了增强两柱掩护式放顶煤液压支架支护能力的必要性和增大放顶煤支架高度的意义,针对双山和神树畔煤矿条件设计了ZFY17000/27/50D型两柱掩护式大采高强力放顶煤液压支架,介绍了其主要技术参数,研究了支架在4.5 m高度时外载作用位置与支护性能的关系,结果表明:外载合力作用位置在立柱工作区时,该液压支架支护性能可得到充分发挥,当开采高度为4.5 m时,立柱工作区范围为距顶梁后端1 576~1 804 mm。

ines, and the major technical parameters were introduced.The relationship between external load position and supporting performance at 4.5 m supporting height were
studied.The results showed that the caving mining support owned excellent support performance while the resultant force acting upon the working area of legs, and the
working range of legs was 1 5761 804 mm distance from the back end of canopy.
