    近年来,我国风电装机大规模增长,但由于电力系统灵活性不足,风电难以足额消纳的困境始终存在,尤其是在我国“三北”地区,风力资源丰富但“弃风”问题严重。电热综合能源系统作为一种有效的解决方案,通过协调电力和热力系统的运行,可显著提高系统灵活性和风电消纳能力。首先,介绍了电热综合能源系统框架,分析了促进风电消纳的电热综合能源系统研究思路;然后,从系统的产能侧、储能侧和负荷侧3个角度出发,介绍了可用于促进风电消纳、提高系统调节能力的灵活性资源;其次,探讨了包括电热综合需求响应调度策略和电热源荷储协同调度策略2种系统优化调度策略的运行机制、有效措施和应用场景;最后,对促进风电消纳的电热综合能源系统优化调度现阶段的研究内容进行了总结,并对未来如何在高比例新能源供应、高比例电气化负荷、元素多元复杂化的新型能源系统结构下实现风电的有效消纳进行了展望。
  • Abstract
    In recent years,the installed capacity of wind power in China has a great growth. However,wind cannot be fully consumed because of the inflexibility of power system. The wind resources are abundant while the wind curtailment is serious especially in the "Three North" region of China. As an effective solution,the combined power and heat integrated energy system can significantly improve the system flexibility and wind power consumption by coordinating the operation of power and heat systems. This paper firstly introduces the framework of combined power and heat integrated energy system and analyses the ideas of improving wind power consumption. From the three perspectives including system's supply-side,storage-side and load-side,we then introduce the flexible resources that can be utilized to promote the consumption of wind power and improve the system's regulating ability. Next,we discuss the operation mechanism,measures,and applications of the two dispatch strategies,which are the combined power and heat integrated demand-response dispatch strategy and the combined power and heat integrated source-load-storage coordinated scheduling strategy respectively. Finally,we conclude the state-of-art on optimal scheduling of the combined power and heat integrated energy system to promote the consumption of wind power and propose an outlook on how to realize the consumption of wind power under the new energy system structure with a high proportion of new energy supply and electrified loads and the diversified complexity of elements in the future.
