    为了解决柴里煤矿充填开采工作面接续紧张的问题,结合膏体充实率平均达到99.7%以上,工作面面长174m,地质结构简单,煤层倾角小,工作面运输巷低,轨道巷高,平均落差较低等实际情况,提出了对3306-1运输巷实施膏体充填留巷。通过对膏体材料、充填宽度的确定,留巷隔离方式的选择,支护方案的论证,所留巷道的顶板压力实施观测等一系列手段,确定并实施留巷施工技术方案。经过方案的有效实施,在超前及留巷支护选择合理、膏体配比合理的情况下,膏体支撑强度能够满足留巷巷道的支护要求。在回采的过程中对所留巷道实施矿压观测,对观测情况不断分析论证,能够为分层充填开采提供可靠的数据支撑,为支护方式的选择、开采设备的选型、开采工艺的确定提供有效的依据。
  • Abstract
    In order to solve the problem of tense continuation in the filling mining working face of Chaili Coal Mine, combined with the actual situations of an average paste filling rate of over 99.7%, a working face length of 174 m, a simple geological structure, small dip angle of coal seam, low transportation roadway and high track roadway in the working face, and relatively low average drop, etc, it is proposed to implement paste filling and retaining roadway for the 3306-1 transportation roadway. By a series means of determining the paste material and filling width, selecting the isolation method for retaining roadway, demonstrating the support scheme, observing the roof pressure of the retained roadway and so on, the construction technology scheme for retaining roadway is determined and implemented. After the effective implementation of the scheme, under the situation of reasonable selection of advance and retaining roadway support, and reasonable paste ratio, the paste support strength can meet the support requirements of the retaining roadway. During the stoping process, the mine pressure observation is implemented on the retained roadway, continuous analysis and demonstration are conducted on the observation situations, which can provide reliable data support for layered filling mining, and provide effective basis for the selection of support ways, options of mining devices, and the determination of mining techniques.
