    为了研究不同温度下聚四氟乙烯无定型相结构的改变,分别采用了中红外(MIR)光谱和变温MIR光谱技术。实验结果表明,303 K的温度下聚四氟乙烯无定型相结构的红外吸收模式主要包括ν■(854.33 cm-1)、ν■、(781.57 cm-1)、ν■(773.03 cm-1)和ν■(740.67 cm-1)。在303 ~523 K温度范围内,随着测定温度的升高,聚四氟乙烯无定型相结构主要官能团对应的红外吸收频率及强度都有一定的改变,其热稳定性进一步降低。研究表明,上述方法可以开展聚四氟乙烯无定型相结构及热变性研究,为其它电子材料无定型相结构研究提供了参考依据。
  • Abstract
    In order to study the changes in the amorphous phase structure of polytetrafluoroethylene at different temperatures, mid infrared (MIR) spectroscopy and variable temperature MIR spectroscopy techniques were used, respectively. The experiment found that the infrared absorption modes of the amorphous phase structure of polytetrafluoroethylene at a temperature of 303 K mainly included: ν-A-amorphous phase (854.33 cm-1), ν-B-1-amorphous phase, (781.57 cm-1), ν-B-2-amorphous phase (773.03 cm-1) and ν-C-amorphous phase (740.67 cm-1). In the temperature range of 303 K to 523 K, as the measurement temperature increased, the infrared absorption frequency and intensity of the main functional groups corresponding to the amorphous phase structure of polytetrafluoroethylene had certain change, and its thermal stability further decreased. Research has shown that the above methods can be used to study the amorphous phase structure and thermal denaturation of polytetrafluoroethylene, providing a reference basis for the study of amorphous phases in other electronic materials.
