    全断面掘进机(TBM)在煤矿岩巷掘进逐步得到推广应用,但TBM机型设计适应性不足已成为影响TBM掘进煤矿岩巷掘进效率的主要原因。通过对比分析煤矿巷道常规使用的掘进技术与TBM掘进技术,得出TBM应用于煤矿巷道掘进时必须考虑巷道围岩条件的差异化和需求特殊化。煤矿TBM的设计要基于机型的特点,结合煤矿岩巷的施工条件进行设计。针对煤矿岩巷工程的施工难题研发出了特有的“V型推进”系统,实现巷道小转弯半径施工;采用与TBM配套的“超前探测”技术进行超前地质预测,通过强化TBM的初期支护能力、加强脱困能力等设计来应对不良地层;基于“排水+堵水”处理思路,形成TBM掘进巷道的超前注浆封堵方式的防突水技术;通过在TBM刀盘、盾体内搭载的气体实时监测系统,开发了TBM巷道防瓦斯突出技术;进行了高地温施工环境下,TBM关键部件冷却、刀盘喷雾通风等针对性设计。创新技术在“贵州贵能聚鑫煤矿”、“四季春煤矿”、“平煤首山一矿”、“山西惠源煤矿”等矿井进行了应用并取得成功。随着煤矿未来开采所面临的更复杂严峻的工况,矿用TBM未来也将朝着强机动性、地质适应性、支护多样性、设计系列化、行业标准化、掘进体系智能化等方面不断发展探索,今后开发研制出智能化矿用TBM,既是掘进机技术在煤矿领域推广的重大机遇,也是一项艰巨的技术挑战。
  • Abstract
    Full section boring machines (TBMs) are gradually being used in coal mine rock tunneling, but the lack of adaptability in the design of TBM models has become the main reason affecting the efficiency of TBM tunneling in coal mine rock tunneling. By comparing and analyzing the routinely used tunneling technology and TBM tunneling technology in coal mine roadways, it is concluded that the differentiation and special needs of the roadway surrounding rock conditions must be considered when TBM is applied to coal mine roadway tunneling. The design of coal mine TBM is based on the characteristics of the model and the construction conditions of the coal mine rock tunnel. The unique “V-propulsion” system has been developed to meet the construction challenges of coal mine rock tunneling, enabling the construction of small turning radii in the tunnel. Adopt the “Per- detection” technology with TBM to make advance geological prediction, strengthen the initial support capacity of TBM, enhance the ability to get out of the trap and other designs to deal with bad strata; based on the “drainage + water plugging” treatment idea, form the TBM tunneling roadway of advance slurry plugging method of anti-burst water technology. By means of a real-time gas monitoring system in the TBM cutter and shield, we have developed gas protrusion prevention technology for TBM roadways; we have carried out targeted design for TBM key component cooling and cutter spray ventilation under high ground temperature construction environment. The innovative technology has been successfully applied in such mines as “Guizhou Guineng Juxin Coal Mine”, “Four Seasons Spring Coal Mine”, “Ping Coal Group Shoushan No. 1 Mine” and “Shanxi Huiyuan Coal Mine”. With the more complex and severe working conditions faced by coal mining in the future, mining TBMs will continue to develop and explore towards strong mobility, geological adaptability, support diversity, design serialization, industry standardization, and intelligent tunneling system.
