摘要
为了解决选煤厂振动筛运行过程中的人工点检问题,及时掌握振动筛的激振器运行状态,在振动筛的激振器加装无线复合型加速度传感器,监测激振器运行过程中的振动、温度情况,经无线传输至网关,通过Wi-Fi、4G和光纤等通信方式将运行数据上传至设备故障智能诊断系统,进行趋势、时域、频域、包络等分析技术分析诊断激振器的运行情况,提前预知潜在的轴承故障,计划性停机检修,不耽误生产进度;有效代替振动筛的人工点检过程,降低设备因故障的停机率,降低了维保成本,实现了预测性维保,提高生产的效率和安全性。

Abstract
In order to solve the problem of manual inspection during the operation of the vibrating screen in thecoal preparation plant and timely grasp the operating status of the vibrating screen exciter, a wireless compositeacceleration sensor was installed on the vibrating screen exciter to monitor the vibration and temperature situationduring the operation process of the exciter. It was wirelessly transmitted to the gateway, and the operating data wasuploaded to the equipment fault intelligent diagnosis system through communication methods such as Wi-Fi, 4G andoptical fiber for trend, time domain, frequency domain, envelope analysis techniques were used to analyze anddiagnose the operation of the vibration exciter, predict potential bearing faults in advance, and plan to shut downfor maintenance without delaying production progress.Effectively replacing the manual inspection process ofvibrating screens, reducing equipment downtime due to faults, reducing maintenance costs, achieving predictivemaintenance, and improving production efficiency and safety.
