  • 摘要

    为了解决井下水泵更加高效排水,确保井下人员的安全和正常生产,解决因水泵出现机械故障造成停机而影响井下排水问题,及时掌握水泵的运行状态,在水泵的驱动电动机和泵体上加装无线加速度振动温度传感器,监测电动机和泵体运行过程中的振动、温度情况。通过网关接收无线加速度振动温度传感器采集的数据,上行经以太网通信、光纤、Wi-Fi或4G等通信方式将数据上传至设备智能诊断系统平台,通过振动分析技术对水泵的运行情况进行分析诊断,提前预测设备存在结构松动故障,有效指导设备的检修过程,缩短维修时间,不耽误排水进度,确保井下正常排水。

  • Abstract

     In order to solve the problem of more efficient drainage of underground water pumps, ensure the safetyand normal production of underground personnel, and solve the problem of shutdown caused by mechanical failureof the water pump affecting underground drainage, timely grasp the operating status of the water pump, wirelessacceleration vibration temperature sensors were installed on the driving motor and pump body of the water pump tomonitor the vibration and temperature situation during the operation of the motor and pump body. The data collectedby the wireless acceleration vibration temperature sensor was received through the gateway, and the data wasuploaded to the intelligent diagnosis system platform of the equipment through Ethernet communication, fiber optic,Wi-Fi or 4G communication methods in the upstream. Through vibration analysis technology, the operation of thewater pump was analyzed and diagnosed, and structural looseness faults of the equipment were predicted inadvance, effectively guiding the maintenance process of the equipment, shortening the maintenance time, notdelaying the drainage progress, and ensuring normal underground drainage.
