Research on new production control mode of intelligent construction in coal mine

智能化建设已经由快速发展阶段转入高质量发展阶段,逐渐从单一的技术应用向综合的管控模式进行转变,更加注重煤矿生产过程中的全面监测、全面管理和全面应急处置。煤矿生产管控模式必然向着集中统一管控模式进行转变,煤矿一体化生产综合管控平台的建设是煤矿智能化建设新型生产管控模式的核心支撑。从技术、标准、业务等多方面指出一体化综合管控模式建设存在的核心问题,探讨了一体化综合管控平台建设的路径和方法:需建设自主数据湖、统一通讯标准、搭建业务应用子系统、打造AI算法模型工厂,并指出了相关成效,为煤矿智能化建设新阶段下各煤炭企业管控模式的创新和探索提供了新思路。
Intelligent construction has shifted from the rapid development stage to the high-quality development stage, and has graduallychanged from a single technology application to a comprehensive management and control mode, paying more attention to the comprehensivemonitoring, comprehensive management and comprehensive emergency response in the coal mine production process. The coal mineproduction management and control mode is bound to change to the centralized and unified management and control mode, and theconstruction of the integrated coal mine production and control platform is the core support of the new production and control mode of theintelligent construction of coal mine. This paper points out the core problems existing in the construction of integrated comprehensivemanagement and control mode from the aspects of technology, standards and business, and discusses the path and method of theconstruction of integrated comprehensive management and control platform: It is necessary to build an independent data lake, unifycommunication standards, build a business application subsystem, and build an AI algorithm model factory, and pointed out the relevanteffects, which provides a new idea for the innovation and exploration of the management and control mode of various coal enterprises in thenew stage of intelligent construction of coal mines.
