Study on anti-reflection technology of liquid CO2 blasting in coal seam

为了强化煤层瓦斯抽采效果,采用数值模拟和工业试验相结合的方法,以霍尔辛赫煤矿作为研究对象,利用模拟软件构建了煤层液态CO2气爆致裂数值模型,开展了布孔参数优化模拟研究。结果表明,CO2爆破的致裂孔最佳布置间距为4.5 m,经布孔间距优化后,钻孔瓦斯抽采浓度提高了73.7%,抽采流量约提高5.1倍,取得了良好的瓦斯促抽效果。
In order to strengthen the effect of gas drainage in coal seam, a numerical model of liquid CO2 gas explosion and fracturing in coal seam was constructed by using simulation software, and the optimization simulation of hole layout parameters was carried out by combining numerical simulation and industrial test, taking Huoerxinhe Coal Mine as the research object. The results show that the optimal arrangement spacing of the cracking holes in CO2 blasting is 4.5 m. After the optimization of the hole spacing, the gas extraction concentration of the borehole is increased by 73.7%, and the extraction flow is increased by about 5.1 times, which achieves a good gas extraction effect.
