摘要
煤层底板注浆加固是治理煤矿突水的有效手段,针对常规底板注浆加固钻孔存在的局限性,利用定向钻进技术施工底板注浆加固钻孔,并在赵固一矿进行现场试验,共完成6个底板注浆加固定向钻孔,总进尺3 455 m,单孔进尺400 m以上,约为常规底板注浆加固钻孔的3倍。结合试验情况,指出了底板注浆加固定向钻孔施工注意事项和不足,复杂的套管段施工以及定向钻进孔段的屈曲钻孔轨迹,一定程度上降低了钻孔成孔率和施工效率,为此,应引入石油钻井中的"套管钻进"和"复合钻进"技术,简化底板注浆加固钻孔孔身结构,减少作业程序,优化钻孔轨迹,降低施工风险。

Abstract
The coal floor grouting reinforcement was an effective method for water bursting, according to limitations of conventional drilling construction, the paper
mainly introduced directional drilling technology, which had been applied in Zhaogu No. 1 Coal Mine, where six directional holes with total footage of 3 455 m, single- h
ole footage more than 400 m were drilled, which was three times of conventional drilling borehole. Combined with testing experience, the paper pointed out the attentio
n and several disadvantages, such as complex casing- section construction and buckling borehole trajectory which could reduce borehole completed ratio and drilling ef
ficiency were discussed.Therefore, the paper introduced casing drilling and composite dillig, which could simplifty borehole structure, reduce the operating procedure,
optimize borehole trajectory and reduce the construction risk.
