摘要
为减小截齿磨损,提高截割效率,基于截齿破煤理论,进行了单一截齿截割过程受力状态分析,构建了横摆工况单一截齿截割载荷和截割头截割载荷的随机载荷谱函数。并基于主动激振辅助破岩理论,构建了截齿破岩过程受振动激力作用的力学模型;最后通过搭建截齿截割试验台进行了有无激振作用和不同激振频率下的截割载荷实验验证。研究结果表明,主动激振作用降低了截割过程截割头截割载荷,减小了对截割头的冲击损伤,且激振频率与截割载荷不存在线性关系,随着激振频率的增加,截割载荷呈现先减小后增大变化,激振频率为30Hz时的截割载荷达到最小。该实验结果验证了理论分析的可行性,有益于完善现有截割破岩理论。

Abstract
In order to reduce the wear of picks and improve the cutting efficiency, based on the theory of coal cutting by picks, the stress state of single pick cutting process is analyzed, and the random load spectrum function of single pick cutting load and cutting head cutting load under yaw condition is constructed. Based on the theory of active vibration assisted rock breaking, a mechanical model of pick rock breaking process under vibration excitation force is constructed. By building a cutting test bench, the cutting load experiments with or without excitation and different excitation frequencies were carried out. The results show that the active excitation reduces the cutting load of the cutting head during the cutting process and reduces the impact damage to the cutting head. There is no linear relationship between the excitation frequency and the cutting load. With the increase of the excitation frequency, the cutting load decreases first and then increases. The cutting load reaches the minimum when the excitation frequency is 30 Hz. The experimental result verifies the feasibility of the theoretical analysis, which is beneficial for improving the current cutting rock breaking theory.
