摘要
本着减少自然资源消耗的目的,在触变性水泥浆中加入钼矿冶炼后产生的固体细颗粒钼尾矿砂,通过正交试验进行触变性钼尾矿水泥浆液的配比设计,并测试其触变性、结石体抗压强度和析水率。基于试验结果,提出触变系数的计算方法。通过极差分析,可得正电胶质量分数、水灰比和固相比对浆液的触变性、析水率和相应的结石体抗压强度的影响程度。当正电胶质量分数为6%,水灰比为0.8,固相质量比为6∶4时,触变性钼尾矿水泥浆液性能最佳。

Abstract
In order to reduce the consumption of natural resources, the thixotropic cement slurry was added into the solid fine particle molybdenum tailing sand produced by molybdenum smelting. Through orthogonal test, the proportion design of thixotropic molybdenum tailing cement slurry was carried out. The thixotropy, compressive strength of stone body and water separation rate were tested. Based on the experimental results, the calculation method of the thixotropic coefficient was proposed. Through the range analysis, the effects of the mass fraction of positive electric glue, water-cement ratio and solid phase ratio on the thixotropy of the slurry, water separation rate and the corresponding compressive strength of the stone body were analyzed. The cement slurry performance of thixotropic molybdenum tailings is the best when the mass fraction of positive electric glue is 6%, the water-cement ratio is 0. 8, and the solid phase ratio is 6 ∶ 4.
