    为解放电视信号铁塔下压煤资源并保障广播电视信号铁塔安全运行,在分析地表移动变形规律的基础上,研究了电视信号铁塔采动变形特征及塔身倾斜动态调整保护技术。利用概率积分法对铁塔处地表移动变形进行计算并评估其运行安全性,据此分析了采动影响下铁塔倾覆稳定性。计算结果表明:工作面开采后铁塔基础处倾斜变形超过其极限倾斜变形值,结构抗倾覆能力降低,铁塔运行存在安全风险;对工作面开采过程中铁塔移动变形进行了现场监测,现场监测结果表明:随着工作面的推进,电视信号铁塔呈现阶梯状下沉趋势,采煤工作面停产或推进速度过慢时,塔基处不均匀沉降增幅较大,导致铁塔倾斜变形增大;阐明了铁塔倾斜变形动态调整保护技术原理,提出并实施了电视信号铁塔动态调斜保护技术,根据铁塔移动变形监测结果确定铁塔动态调斜时机并进行铁塔调斜工作,调斜后的塔基倾斜度小于电视信号铁塔的采动极限倾斜变形值,确保了电视信号铁塔的安全运行,成功地实现了电视信号铁塔下压煤资源开采,提高了资源采出率,产生显著的经济和社会效益,并验证了实施电视信号铁塔动态变形保护技术开采其下方压煤的可行性。
  • Abstract
    In order to mine the coal resources under the TV signal tower and protect the safe operation of the TV sig⁃nal tower,the mining deformation characteristics of the TV signal tower caused by mining and its tilt dynamic adjust⁃ment protection technology were studied on the basis of analyzing the law of surface movement and deformationinduced by coal mining. Probability integral method was used to calculate the ground surface movement and deforma⁃tion where the tower located,and its operational safety was evaluated. Based on the results above,the overturning sta⁃bility of the tower under the influence of mining was analyzed. The calculation results show that the inclination deform⁃ation of the iron tower foundation exceeded its inclination deformation limit value after the coal panel was mined out,and the operation of the iron tower had a safety risk,the anti⁃overturning ability of the structure was not satisfactory.On⁃site monitoring of the movement and deformation of the tower was carried out. The monitoring resultsshowed that the TV signal tower showed a step⁃like subsidence trend with the advancement of the coal workingface. When the coal working face stopped advancing or the advancing speed was very slow,the uneven settlementof the tower base would increase greatly,resulting in an increase in the tilting deformation of the tower. The dynamicprotection principle of the tower deformation was expounded,and the mining deformation dynamic inclination adjust⁃ment technology for the TV signal tower was proposed and implemented. The dynamic inclination adjustment timeof the iron tower was determined according to the monitoring results of the tower movement deformation. The inclina⁃tion of the tower base after the inclination adjustment was less than the mining inclination deformation limit valueof the TV signal tower,which ensured the safe operation of the TV signal tower,and successfully realized the coal min⁃ing under the TV signal tower,in turn it greatly improved the ratio of resource extraction. The study has produced sig⁃nificant economic and some social benefits,and verified the feasibility of implementing the dynamic deformation pro⁃tection technology to mine coal under the TV signal tower.
