摘要
为解决EBZ-160型掘进机故障源快速查找与确定困难的问题,通过对常见典型故障形成原因的分析,建立了故障树模型,并通过定性分析求得故障树中底事件的概率重要度。在解决故障树定性分析时,底事件故障概率获取困难,结合层次分析法的基本原理,由专家根据故障发生频率的高低给出判断矩阵,由此矩阵求取底事件的相对概率。并以EBZ-160型掘进机截割系统故障为例,采用故障树与层次分析法相结合的方法,求算出导致掘进机截割部故障源发生的相对概率与底事件的概率重要度。该结果对确定掘进机设计的薄弱环节,掘进机故障源的快速查找与掘进机可靠性设计具有指导作用。
