    为提高神东矿区1.0~2.0 m较薄煤层采出率和生产效率,消除大面积悬顶对安全生产的隐患,研制ZX7000/12/22型窄型履带行走液压支架,对支巷提供安全支护,为采空区及时垮落提供切顶力,介绍了较薄煤层短壁机械化双翼开采工艺,分析了回采过程中较薄煤层行走液压支架与围岩作用关系。采用辅助面积理论确定了较薄煤层行走液压支架的支护参数,介绍了支架的性能特点。采用三维数值模拟以及工业性试验分析了短壁工作面应力场、塑性区、顶板下沉量以及行走液压支架支护状态。结果表明:采用行走液压支架支护顶板后,残留煤柱应力集中系数为1.7~2.0,此时煤柱塑性区范围较小,能够维持顶板的稳定,具有足够的切顶能力,直接顶随采随冒,防止形成较大悬顶,工作面月产量可达5万~6万t,采出率达到80%以上。
  • Abstract
    In order to solve coal mining recovery rate and production efficiency of thin seam with thickness of 1.0 ~ 2. 0 m and to eliminate hidden danger of large area suspended seam roof, ZX7000 /12 /22 type narrow crawler walking hydraulic powered support was researched and developed to provide safety support of the gate way and to provide roof cutting force of the time roof falling in goaf. The paper introduced shortwall mechanized double wing mining technology of thin seam and analyz ed interaction between the walking powered support and the surrounding rock in the thin seam. An auxiliary area theory was applied to determine the support parameter of the walking powered support in the thin seam and introduced the performance features of the powered support. A 3D numerical simulation and industrial experiment a nalysis were applied to analyze stress field, plastic zone and roof subsidence value of the shortwall coal mining face as well as the support conduction of the walking powered support. The results showed that after the walking powered support applied to support roof, a stress concentration coefficient of the residual coal pillar was 1. 7 ~ 2. 0. At this moment, the plastic zone scope of the coal pillar was small, could maintain the stability of the roof and could have sufficient roof cutting capacity. The i mmediate roof fell with the mining operation could prevent a formation of large area roof suspended. Thus the month production of the coal mining face could be 50 000 ~ 60 000 t and the coal mining recovery rate was over 80%.
