    为改善高浓度CO2瓦斯水合分离效果,研究了3种高浓度CO2瓦斯在浓度为0.2~0.8 mol/L的四丁基溴化铵溶液(TBAB)条件下的水合分离过程,结合气相色谱分析结果对CO2回收率和分离因子进行了计算与分析。结果表明:由于TBAB水合形成半笼型结构为CO2提供物质基础,在一定TBAB浓度范围内,水合物相CO2浓度随TBAB浓度升高而升高;但TBAB浓度过高影响CO2在液相中的溶解度,抑制CO2水合物的形成,使CO2回收率下降。原料气中CO2浓度越高,填充512晶穴的CO2含量越多,使得TBAB体系中分离因子随原料气中CO2浓度升高而增大;而当CO2浓度较低时,TBAB的添加影响了CO2水合分离净化程度。
  • Abstract
    In order to improve the hydrate separation effect of high concentrated CO2gas, the paper studied the hydrate separation process with three high concent ration CO2gas under the condition of different concentrated tetrabutyI ammonium bromide ( TBAB) , the concentration was 0.2 ~ 0. 8 mol/ L). In combination with the analysis results of the gas chromatography, a calculation and analysis were conducted on the CO2recovery rate and the separation factor. The results showed due to th e TBAB hydrate formed semi-cage structure could provide the physical base for CO2, the hydrate phase CO2concentration would increase with TBAB concentration incr eased under the range of certain TBAB concentration. But the TBAB concentration too high would affect the solbility of CO2in the liquid phase, would restrain the form ation of the CO2hydrates and could reduce CO2recovery rate. The higher CO2concentration in the raw gas material, the more CO2concentration flled in 512drasy cavit ies would be and the separation factor in the TBAB system would increase with CO2concentration in the raw gas material increased. When CO2concentration was low, t he TBAB added would affect purification degree of the CO2hydrate separation.
