The influence of organizational mindfulness on miners’ safety behaviors

为明晰组织正念对安全行为的影响机理,基于自我决定理论和社会信息加工理论,构建了包含组织正念、和谐安全激情、领导安全承诺和安全行为的概念模型;以山西省431名一线矿工为研究对象,采用结构方程模型进行假设和实证检验。研究结果表明:组织正念显著正向影响安全行为,和谐安全激情在此关系中起中介作用;领导安全承诺调节了组织正念的影响,即领导安全承诺越高,和谐安全激情的中介作用越强;煤矿管理者应提高组织动态应急处理能力,切实履行安全承诺,提升矿工安全行为。
In order to clarify the influence mechanism of organizational mindfulness on safety behavior, a conceptual model including organizational mindfulness, harmonious safety passion, leadership safety commitment and safety behavior was constructed based on self-determination theory and social information processing theory. 431 first-line miners in Shanxi Province were taken as research objects, and structural equation model was used for hypothesis and empirical test. The results show that organizational mindfulness has a significant positive impact on safety behavior and the harmonious safety passion plays a mediating role in this relationship. The leader safety commitment moderates the influence of organizational mindfulness, that is, the higher the leader safety commitment is, the stronger the harmonious safety passion mediating role is. Coal managers should improve the ability of organization dynamic emergency response, effectively fulfill the safety commitment, and enhance the safety behavior of miners.
